1. Learning must be constant, success in life is about constant learning.
2. Learn by education and by experience. Nothing replaces experience. However experience gets enhanced by education.
3. Education is the acquisition of knowledge, Knowledge creates familiarity or awareness of things.
4. Knowledge is not knowhow . Education needs experience to become Knowhow. Only through experience, can education become knowhow, and through knowhow and multiple and multitude of repeated experiences you can achieve wisdom.
5. There are myriad of knowledge. Seek knowledge of facts called Propositional Facts. Avoid knowledge of opinion or guess.
6. Humans tend to justification. Justify by facts. Justification by opinion and guess leads to errors which once accumulated will prevent knowhow and wisdom.
Knowledge (Tacit and Implicit): Tacit knowledge is what you’ve learned via experience, both in your personal life and in your professional life. Tacit knowledge is difficult to communicate, discuss and articulate because it is influenced by our personal views and values, it is frequently subjective, informal.
Knowhow is knowing how to do something. It refers to ability to get things done. Knowhow is a term for practical knowledge on how to accomplish something, as opposed to “know-what” (facts), “know-why” (science), or “know-who” (communication).
Of all things to know, knowhow is most important to get things done and done well. The accumulation of knowhow becomes the accumulation of abilities. The more able a person is the more valuable the person becomes.
Is only to the constant learning and education there comes the accumulation of knowhow. With knowhow you succeed at your endeavor. “Make your wishes come true.”
Beware: Only propositional knowledge has truth value, beware of knowledge based on non-truth, non-facts such as information and knowledge acquired through opinion or guess.
